Pricing is set by individual providers based on water volume, distance, and delivery timing. You'll always see a clear quote before you pay. The platform charges a flat $1.00 service fee per delivery — no hidden costs.

Delivery times depend on provider availability and your location. Many providers offer same-day or next-day delivery. Once your delivery is scheduled, you can track it in real-time from your dashboard.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is only captured after you confirm delivery.

Yes! You can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring deliveries from your dashboard. Choose your preferred provider, volume, and schedule — we'll handle the rest automatically.

You can file a dispute directly from your order page. Our support team reviews every dispute and works with both parties to reach a fair resolution, including refunds when appropriate.

Register for a provider account, complete your business profile, set up your service areas and rates, and connect your Stripe account for payouts. Once verified by our team, you'll start seeing loads on your board.

We charge a flat $1.00 platform fee per completed delivery. Standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) also apply. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or hidden charges.

Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. After a delivery is confirmed, your earnings are automatically transferred to your connected bank account. You can track all payouts from your Earnings dashboard.

Yes. You have full control over your rate tiers based on water volume. You can also configure surcharges for distance, emergency deliveries, after-hours, and weekends.

The load board shows pending delivery requests in your service areas. You can view details, accept loads, and submit quotes. Emergency loads are highlighted and loads from customers who've set you as their preferred provider are flagged.
